- Six black plastic acoustic guitar bridge pins buttons
- These are approximately 5.0mm diameter at the top of the tapered shaft - they need to be the same as your existing bridge pins in order to fit!
- Made from black plastic material with a spherical button top and a slot down the side for the string
- Used for most Acoustic guitar bridges, but please be aware that these come in different diameters.
- Approximately 31mm long
This set consists of six quality hard plastic acoustic bridge pins.
Each pin is slotted along to take the string.
The base diameter of the pin shaft is 4mm. The diameter at top of shaft is 5.0mm.
The length of each pin is approximately 31mm.
These will fit an acoustic guitar bridge, but be aware that not all bridges use standard size pins,
so it is best to measure your existing bridge pins to check that these will fit.
The purpose of the bridge pins is to wedge the ball end of the guitar string firmly against the bridge plate.
When stringing an acoustic guitar the ball end of the string must be seated firmly against the bridge plate.
To fit a string, first place the ball end of the string in the bridge pin hole, place the pin in the hole
and pull the string until the ball sits firmly against the bridge plate. Then push the pin down.
This should stop the string from slipping as the string is tightened.
