6 ACOUSTIC GUITAR BRIDGE PINS WHITE

This is a set of of six good quality firm plastic bridge pins.
Each bridge pin has a slot along its length to take the string.

The diameter at the base of each bridge pin is 4mm. The diameter at the top is 5.4mm. The pins are tapered.
The length of the bridge pin is 33mm.
These pins will fit athe majority of acoustic guitar bridges, but be aware that some bridges require
non-standard size pins,
so it is best to measure your existing bridge pins to ensure that these will fit.


The bridge pins are used to wedge the ball end of the string against the bridge plate.
When stringing your acoustic guitar the ball end must be firmly seated against the underside of the bridge plate.
To fit a new guitar string, you should first place the ball (or nut) end of the string in the pin hole,
then place the pin in the hole
and pull on the string until the ball sits firmly against the bridge plate. You can then push the pin firmly down.
Correct fitting will stop the string from slipping as it is tightened.
